Application Features
Working medium is liquefied petroleum gas recycle compressor or similar civilian LPG gas with, such as propane, ethane, ammonia. It is mainly used for LPG or similar nature therewith pressurized gas, a vacuum can also be used. Therefore, this type of compressor is towns, factories, mines, docks liquefied petroleum gas storage stations, liquefied petroleum gas bottling plants, liquefied petroleum gas vehicle refueling stations in key equipment, but also the ideal equipment for chemical companies pressurized gas recovery. It can achieve the following tasks:
1, LPG tankers, tank vessels loading and unloading;
2, LPG bottling or nature associated with similar gases pouring;
3, liquefied petroleum gas and residue remaining recovery;
4, the chemical production process tail gas recovery;
5, such as a vacuum pump.
Structural features
ZW Series, CZW series of liquefied petroleum gas recycle compressor is vertical, single acting, air-cooled, oil-lubricated, reciprocating piston. I plant all kinds of LPG cylinder compressor series, filler parts are oil-free, to ensure the purity of the working medium. Crankshaft, connecting rod, crosshead member is pressure lubricated (splash lubrication), to ensure the reliability of lubrication.
