I. Product features:

1. Safe and reliable ignition

There will be no gas emission before the biomass boiler starts and after closes with the automatic ignition, which can prevent the security risks generated by the gas leakage. It is easy to operate the ignition and pressure boiler. Through gas generated by the molding straw fuel (coal), there will be no coal tar blocking or secondary pollution, which is easy for replacement and maintenance for parts, improved device and service life.

 

2.Reasonable designed, safe and reliable
Semi-automatic or full automatic operation can be made according to user needs. It not only can converse the original boiler into environmental green gas furnace, but also can give reasonable design and installation for the present boiler.

Increase pressure quickly with high thermal efficiency
based on the hot boiler, the pressure can reach 4 kilograms within 15 minutes. Step-up time is half of the traditional ones. With reasonable structures and advanced technology, the burning efficiency can reach 98%, thermal efficiency 82%.

 

3.Environmental standard and simple operation

Open burning is available and no need to set the security settings. No black gas glue emissions and black slag discharged. The slag can be made directly into the wall insulation materials, and straw can be used as fertilizer.

Advanced technology and leading product

There is no need to equip with blowers, induced draft fan, water supply pump, chimney, dedusting system, and desulfurizing system. By using mechanical feeding, mechanical ash discharging, it greatly reduces energy consumption and capital investment.
